SUMMARY:
Grady Patient Access Center Quality Coordinator conducts data audits and develops reports. Assists with the facilitation of training programs for the Grady Patient Access Center, and completes phone observations for all front-line staff, and side-by-side observations. Develops and implements quality/process improvement goals and objectives. Performs job functions by adhering to service principles with customer service focus of innovation, service excellence, and teamwork to provide the highest quality and service to our patients, families, co-workers, and others.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Must be proficient and demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access software programs.
- Strong presentation, oral and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills are required
- Ability to use various/technical skills and an analytical mindset are mandatory
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
