ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for data and execution components of multiple direct mail and email projects including advertising for promotions, events, gaming, dining, and hotel offers. The role requires fast-paced project management throughout the lifecycle of the campaign, from creation through delivery to the guests.
- Set up offer segmentation, query criteria from an existing database, and set up execution rules for various projects.
- Manage mailed/e-mailed/DLC campaigns and all associated components
- Manage 8-10 projects per production month
- Simultaneous responsibility for project tasks in beginning, intermediate and final stages of completion
- Ownership of projects including: review, routing, vendor interaction, proofing and all inquiries and notifications
- Multi-task and change work directions quickly when needed. Must have the ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
- Complies with all policies, procedures, and gaming regulations
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Marketing or Business-related field preferred
- Copywriting and proofreading experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with database structures, database terminology, database management, and database querying tools preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication and ability to effectively communicate with different levels within the organization
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to work independently
