As an In-Home Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you'll have the opportunity to work directly with clients in their homes, implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).

Your Role:
As an In-Home Behavior Technician/RBT, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working 1-1 with clients following individualized ABA treatment plans for children/adults with autism in home settings.
- Teaching clients language, academic, social, and self-help skills.
- Implementing programs and skills aimed at helping clients reach their full potential.
- Assisting in creating new client projects and materials.
- Providing parent training to families to expand client advancement opportunities.
- Receiving ongoing support and supervision in the field by BCBA level staff.
- Assisting in designing and implementing behavior analytic programming.
Requirements/Preferences:
- 1+ years’ previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities or behavioral issues preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Excellent time management skills with experience managing a caseload.
- Strong commitment to providing quality behavior analytic programming.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated to teach and learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis.
Physical Demands:
Including but not limited to: standing for extended periods of time, walking, using hands and fingers to handle or feel objects. The employee may be required to squat, stoop, kneel, reach above the head, and use hand strength to grasp.

$18.00 - $35.00 per hour (depending on education and experience).
