**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for and managing the for our food and beverage offerings. This role involves with vendors, ensuring efficient utilization, optimizing , and enhancing strategies. The Food and Beverage Manager will also be in charge of , negotiating agreements, overseeing compliance, and utilizing systems effectively. **Duties:** - Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize the supply chain for food and beverage products. - Manage contracts with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods. - Utilize Oracle EBS system to track inventory levels, monitor purchasing trends, and generate reports for decision-making. - Oversee inventory management processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and maintain optimal stock levels. - Source new suppliers and products to enhance the variety and quality of our food and beverage offerings. - Build strong relationships with vendors through effective communication, negotiation, and performance evaluation. - Negotiate prices with suppliers to secure competitive rates while maintaining product quality standards. - Ensure compliance with contract terms, including delivery schedules, payment terms, and quality specifications. - Utilize MRP systems to forecast demand, plan procurement activities, and optimize inventory levels. **Skills:** - Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, and contract negotiation. - Proficiency in Oracle EBS or similar inventory management software. - Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices. - Excellent sourcing abilities to identify high-quality suppliers and products. - Effective vendor management skills including negotiation and relationship building. - Ability to analyze pricing structures, evaluate contracts, and drive cost-saving initiatives. - Familiarity with MRP systems for demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
