The anticipated base salary is $85,000-$100,000. This Regional Manager position will be based in New York, NY.
What you will do:
Sales and Performance Leadership:

Drive regional sales growth by developing strategic plans and fostering collaboration across stores.
- Coach Store Managers on sales tactics, guest acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize performance across the region.
- Partner with the VP of Retail and Brand Director on regional sales forecasting and budgeting.
Brand Advocacy and Guest Experience Champion:

Cultivate a strong brand presence in your region through impactful store events and community engagement initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to Fjällräven's customer service standards across all stores.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and celebrate successes.
- Partner with Store Managers to develop and implement engaging in-store experiences that build customer loyalty.
Team Development and Talent Pipeline:

Lead the ongoing development of Store Managers through coaching, training programs, and performance reviews.
- Build a high-performing team by fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Oversee the regional hiring process for Store Managers, attracting top talent and building a diverse team.
- Partner with HR to manage employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Operational Excellence and Sustainability Champion:

Manage your region's P&L, ensuring profitability and meeting budget targets.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Champion Fjällräven's commitment to sustainability by identifying opportunities to reduce the environmental footprint of your region's stores.
Who you are:
Requirements:

A retail leader with 6+ years of experience, including Store Manager level or higher
- A strong coach and motivator with a talent for building relationships
- An analytical thinker with a proven track record of exceeding goals
- An organized problem-solver who develops innovative and effective solutions to improve performance
- Able to travel regionally and overnight up to 50% of the time
- An exceptional communicator, both in person and in writing
- Experience in the outdoor or lifestyle industry is a plus!
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
