**Job Overview:**
We are currently seeking for female dedicated and empathetic Support Specialist to join our team. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing essential care and assistance to individuals, including seniors and those with disabilities, to help them maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to positively impact the well-being of those in our care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct support to individuals in various settings, such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or private homes
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting if needed.
- Prepare and serve meals based on dietary needs and restrictions
- Monitor individuals' physical and mental condition changes and promptly report to healthcare professionals
- Engage individuals in meaningful activities to encourage socialization and mental stimulation
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in providing personal care assistance and knowledge of ADLs
- Ability to follow instructions accurately from healthcare professionals
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with individuals and their families
- Having van is preferred but not a must.
