On any given day we have 8-12 service trucks running within a 50-mile radius of our office in New Cumberland where you will be working. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while establishing long-term relationships with our customers, as well as delivering a high level of attention to detail by assisting our Service Technicians with administrative support.
Do you like a workday that is never the same thing twice? As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be answering calls, scheduling appointments, following up on documentation for our technicians, and performing general office duties. Our ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, possess excellent organizational ability, and have practical problem-solving skills. Our goal is to have 100% client satisfaction and we reach that by owning each customer interaction and ensuring they are happy.

We would love to have someone who is comfortable with change and who is willing to give feedback and help us make these changes.
Necessary Skills:
- Ability to respond to clients requests by email, phone, text, and through our website.
- Knowledge of the area and excellent Google Maps reading ability.
- Proficiency in computer programs and email systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc).
- ServiceTitan CRM experience a plus!
- Working knowledge of Apple iPads.
- Must have strong commitment to teamwork.
- Able to work calmly under pressure in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Scheduling experience or previous home service background is a huge plus.
Requirements:
- Schedule is Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday mornings during our busy season (Sept - Jan).
- Pet friendly office (we have 2 kitties that live here full-time).
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Able to pass a background and drug screening.
