Responsibilities include assigning and directing work to caregivers. Monitoring field staff performance and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving client issues that may arise, ensuring client's shifts are covered and caregiver documentation is complete. Maintain healthy communication with caregivers to facilitate the transaction of information and report between agency and caregivers.

- Manage your voicemails and emails throughout the day
- Supervisor's reports to department Manager; the Field Manager
- Supervise field employees and monitor shifts according to hours approved
- Arrange for replacement coverage when needed
- Organize caregiver binders and maintain compliance with documents
- Update company software (i.e. HHA Exchange)
- Communicate with necessary departments regarding client’s status, incidents, hospitalization, service interruptions, etc.
- Maintains confidentiality of all client information in accordance with HIPPA laws and procedures
