We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the U.S. Marketing and Communications Department. This early career position will be ideal for a self-starter with interest and experience in a variety of marketing tasks including supporting campaign planning and activation, event management, content and collateral development. We are seeking an individual that is looking to grow with an organization and learn a variety of marketing skills and grow their industry knowledge. This task-oriented individual will be responsible for executing the steps of a marketing campaign, while providing insights for future campaign improvements.
Responsibilities:

Working with marketing colleagues, execute on existing marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

Work closely with digital, creative, editorial and social marketing teams to create and publish marketing content across a variety of channels, including website, social media channels, and in-person events.

Help develop and distribute promotional and collateral materials to sales and distribution team.

Helps establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials and events.

Develops and coordinates the execution of surveys and works with team to analyze data to recommend strategy adjustments.

Evaluates marketing and promotional activities in order to recommend strategy adjustments.

Presents new and innovative ideas to ensure the organization’s marketing strategies are fresh and exciting.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.

Two or more years of related marketing experience and/or training in financial services; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with a Business-to-Business marketing strategy strongly preferred.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $65,400 to $98,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
