As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards. Your duties will include:
- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Preparing food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing marinades)
- Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Answering, reporting, and following chef's instructions
- Cleaning up station and properly labeling food

To excel in this role, you should have experience or knowledge in the following areas:
- Working in a dietary department, kitchen, catering, or restaurant setting
- Culinary skills including food preparation and cooking techniques
- Handling food safely and maintaining proper food safety standards
