Primary Purpose:
Ensure efficient operation of school athletic office and provide clerical services to the department.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Proficient skills in keyboarding, word processing, and file maintenance
Effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills
Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases and do word processing
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Working knowledge of UIL rules and guidelines
Experience:
One to three years of secretarial experience, preferably in a public education environment
