We are located in Santa Monica CA.
Responsibilities:
In a nutshell, provide an exceptional and memorable customer service experience. In a bit more detail:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Sales order entry
- A/R calls
- Other admin & clerical functions
Qualifications:
- At least 1 years previous experience in admin support, customer service, or other related fields
- High school diploma
- Passionate about building rapport with clients
- Skilled at prioritizing and multitasking
- Positive, high-energy, and professional demeanor
- Exceptional work ethic
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
