Scheduling Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Must be professional and have the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Answer and manage all incoming calls and emails
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain and update schedules for staff and clients
- Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and resolve conflicts as they occur
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth scheduling operations
- Monitor and manage changes or cancellations in the schedule
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, meetings, and procedural paperwork
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple calls/tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective professional and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in using computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
