Job Duties Include:
- Address and resolve agents’ and clients’ requests via phone system.
- Managing accounts by reviewing and updating notes.
- Review new leads on addresses provided by client.
- Communicating with our clients and agents in a timely and professional manner
- Handling new accounts by updating statuses, getting quotes, and assigning agents.
- Utilizing RDN, IBEAM, and other asset recovery/skip tracing software.
- Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
- Able to organize, multi-task and remain calm and professional in a fast paced work environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to make decisions in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency.
- Dependable, professional, team player with a customer service mentality. Hours of Operation Full-time, Remote Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM PST Benefits Available Medical Paid time off and holidays
