CHC Wellbeing is seeking a Sales Leader to build and grow our team of Sales Professionals and our external partnership relationships. In this role the Sales Leader will be responsible for driving growth, client and partnership management, as well as collaborating with internal resources to build an operational foundation to function efficiently and to measure and achieve success.
Sales candidate should be an experienced, collaborative and growth minded individual with a background in wellness and healthcare. Candidate should have established broker and partnership relationships with experience in building successful Sales teams. This role will report to the CEO and Managing Director.
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Recruit, train and develop a full range of sales professionals
· Provide new growth and partnerships opportunities identified through market and competitor analysis
· Identify, interpret, and develop customer proposals and communicate accordingly with management.
· Close/Finalize the sale, develop an implementation strategy across multiple disciplines as needed, with established inception dates.
· Assist sales team with closing key prospects or partnerships
· Lead and complete RFP processes with prospective partners and prospects
· Identifies and pursues new customer opportunities and is able to articulate CHC’s full scope of service with a focus on securing and growing new account revenue with 250+ lives.
· Develop and execute strategy to expand market share through new customer prospects and/or partnership opportunities including but not limited to brokers/consultants, TPA’s, and Hospitals.
· Pursue and maintain key industry thought leaders (consultancies, brokerage houses) relationships and endorsements.
· Meets minimum quarterly/annual team revenue goals established CHC Management
· Collaborate with internal teams to define and oversee the development of sales materials
· Coordinates “set-up” of CHC’s service offering/protocol and customer on-boarding to ensure smooth business transition and implementation to the Client Services Team.
· Establishes “open channel” communication with CHC’s Management and Client Services Team to create free flowing customer/market information.
· Coordinates sales/support activity with market/local leadership across multiple territories as needed.
· Submits weekly activity reports to designated management personnel via CRM system access.
· Submits Monthly Productivity reports to designated management personnel via CRM system access.
· Maintains a Sales Funnel with expected values within each sales stage
· Able to interpret and deliver various customer related outcomes data.
· Attends Industry Trade shows and related events.
EXPERIENCE
· 5+ years experience in sales leadership
· Experience in wellness and healthcare
· Proven track record of leading and building a successful sales team
· Proven Sales track record, top performer
· Existing relationships in wellness, benefits and healthcare
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present at external events and key speaking engagements
· Energetic, collaborative team player
· Ability to demonstrate sense of urgency and prioritization skills
· Ability to multitask and pivot quickly
· Experience in conflict resolution
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
