Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea, BenMaier and Eastham, PLLC is seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented office services/receptionist to join our growing firm. This position is responsible for coordinating various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly at all times. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring reception area- checking visitors in, handling calls, etc.
- Scanning and distributing all incoming mail in a timely and efficient manner
- Completing all drop filing tasks to ensure if a "real" file is needed it is easily located
- Record and distribute packages from various couriers
- Prepare outgoing mail, faxes and packages
- Maintain all common areas
- Ensure all coffee bars are stocked and well maintained
- Maintain an organized work space at all times
- Frequently check office supply stock; send reorder information when needed
- Attend team meetings
- Uphold and carry out company office policies and procedures
- Light administrative assistant duties
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Some college preferred
- 2+ years working in office admin
- Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Suite
- Experience using office machinery (fax, printer, copier, phone systems etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Outstanding communicator both verbally and written
