Front Desk Manager
A high-end luxury aesthetics and plastic surgery office is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to oversee the front desk operations of a rapidly growing practice, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, highly organized, dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Front Desk Coordinator is expected to have excellent patient interaction skills, strong communication skills, and an attention to details. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and patient care is critical to the position.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls
- Answer patient questions related to scheduling, billing, and appointments
- Schedule surgical and and non-surgical appointments and maintain physician calendars
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and patient correspondence
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and reflects a high end medical practice
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team and a willingness to perform additional tasks
- Experience with, and an understanding of, appropriate social media practices for a medical practice
Requirements:
- Ability to create an outstanding client experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Dependable while maintaining a professional attitude and presence
- EMR and patient scheduling experience
- Strong proofreading abilities for written correspondence
- A strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in EMR and client scheduling software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical office is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
