As restaurant general manager, you are responsible for creating a plan that maximizes our financial and operational goals. You will be able to recruit, hire, and train a staff who is passionate about delivering great customer service. The general manager needs to ensure that the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. Compensation:
$90,000 - $105,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Prepare a thorough business strategy for the restaurant, taking into account the local market, the competition, revenue, and costs
- Maintain food and dining product inventories and make precise projections about future sales trends
- Recruit, interview, train, and motivate restaurant staff
- Aim to provide the best possible dining experience for all of our customers
- Hold team members accountable by conducting performance reviews with them and using performance management
- Assures all products and services are consistent with company quality standards
Qualifications:-
Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
- Must have 2-3 years prior experience managing a staff or in a relevant supervisory role, preferably in food service
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
- Previous food service experience with the ability to oversee food inventory levels and manage costs
