We are hiring for our Retail Sales and Customer Service department and searching for someone who is confident in their work ethic, ability to learn and adapt to new challenges, and wants to be rewarded for their performance.
As a Wireless Retail Sales and Customer Service Associate you will be responsible for introducing in store promotions and educating customers on new technology, services, and product features.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet and talk with customers; identify their needs and provide solutions.
- Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.
- Share product knowledge, service features and benefits.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and productive store environment.
- Close sales and upsell when appropriate; meet daily/weekly sales objectives.
- Help increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Build strong relationships with customers, store managers, and market directors.
