Your Role:

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch IT support and solutions, ensuring our clients can focus on what they do best.
Who You Are:
- A superb communicator with a passion for technology and a deep understanding of user needs.
- Customer-centric, committed to delivering exceptional service and solutions.
- A proactive problem solver, eager to own IT challenges and collaborate with our team of Service Desk Engineers and System Admins to find effective solutions.
- An organized individual, capable of providing insightful updates at our weekly team meetings.
What You Need:
- An Associate's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; a Bachelor's Degree is even better.
- At least three years of experience in IT, ideally with a managed service provider.
- Proficiency in internal ticketing systems (e.g., ZenDesk), supporting both Windows and Mac platforms and Microsoft's suite of business tools.
- Strong knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and the latest in IT support protocols.
Your Impact:
- Become the go-to problem solver and primary contact for our clients.
- Manage and triage service requests efficiently using various communication channels.
- Ensure stellar service delivery through effective follow-ups and ticket management.
- Enhance our IT support framework with your knowledge of MFA/2FA and SSO systems (preferably Okta).

- Preferred experience with Windows, Office 365, Okta, Google Workspace, VMWare, Azure Directory Services, and MacOS
- Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+
