Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer issues with empathy and patience
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to reach out to potential customers
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and composure
- Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to upsell products or services
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
