Overview:
We are seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, customer service, and orginization. We are a growing HVAC company with over 50 years experience. This position does have opportunity for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to provide information and resolve any issues
- Assist in data entry tasks related to orders and customer information
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming customer inquiries
- Coordinate mulitiple technician schedules
Skills:
- Proficient in communication and customer service
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of transportation management systems
- Ability to work well with a team as well as independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, etc.
