We are new, privately owned recovery center working with a diverse clientele. Our new Aurora facility primarily serves adult men who are seeking help for substance abuse and co-morbid issues. We understand that addiction does not discriminate and affects individuals from all walks of life. At our men's substance abuse facility, we provide a safe and welcoming environment where men can come together to work on their recovery journey. We are available to help 24/7 with any person struggling, and can help with placement needs, or recommendations to other programs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling to support to individuals with substance abuse, mental health and co-morbid issues.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of therapy.
- Provide psycho-education and support to families of clients.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).
- Licensed therapist (e.g., LPC, LAC, LMFT, LCSW) or pre-licensed therapist ( e.g., LPCC, MFT, CSW)
- Experience working with individuals with substance abuse or co-morbid issues, preferred.
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its role in treatment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
