Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher- Centex Air & Heat

Monday-Friday: 8:00am-1:00pm
Required Qualifications
- A positive attitude, self-disciplined, and willingness to help.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced working environment with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to plan, strategize and schedule without need of constant supervision.
- Proficient in data entry.
- Computer literate
- Be proactive, instead of reactive.
- Detail-oriented and problem solving skills.
- Map reading skills. Geographical knowledge of the service area is a big plus.
- Knowledge of industry is also a big plus, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license, drug free, must pass a background check and drug test.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Dispatch Service Technicians, one call at a time.
- Respond to all messages left over night
- Schedule and coordinate all demand service calls as received by telephone or email.
- Create dispatches for all service calls.
- Contact customers with a “Part Ordered” status as parts received for scheduling.
- Maintain scheduling, database information, and posting of Service Agreement dispatches during seasonal checks.
- Maintain customer history files in database
- Maintain schedule with daily and monthly jobs
- Assist the Director of Operations with marketing issues as directed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
