Responsibilities:
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat.
- Efficiently schedule service appointments for customers.
- Make outbound calls to customers. This consists of no shows, follow up, confirming scheduled service for future customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service through attentive listening and courteously providing accurate information.
- Coordinating with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure that service appointments are properly scheduled.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.
- Forwards any customer concerns to the correct Department Manager and follows up.
- Meet and exceed monthly performance goals and objectives.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
Qualifications:
- Automotive industry experience a plus, but not mandatory
- Call center/customer service experience is a plus
- Capacity to adhere to your assigned shift.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with computers and software applications.
- A good work ethic and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
