Job Description / Overview
Our Inside Sales Specialist position is designed for folks who are driven, determined and are eager to grow their career. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their needs and offer them the most appropriate moving and storage solutions for their unique situations. You'll be the face and voice of our company, and as such, you'll need excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads via telephone and email
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our moving services, pricing options, and availability to potential customers
- Assist with booking and scheduling moves and responding to customer inquiries using our CRM, Salesforce
- Advise on cargo protection and other moving services
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure their satisfaction
- Provide accurate moving and storage estimates for household and commercial relocation.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure customers have a best-in-class experience

- Experience with the following is a plus, bot not a requirement: Salesforce, Google Suite, local and interstate moving, VOIP phone systems
