Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
-Multi-Level Marketing experience preferred
-Must know how to use and navigate computers/laptops
- Must have phone customer service experience
- Detail-oriented
Schedule:
-M-F Between 8:00AM-6:00PM (Schedules vary between)
-Alternating Saturdays (averaging 2 a month max)
