We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). DSPs provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a variety of settings to ensure they have a meaningful life.
Vocational: Monday to Friday, day shifts from 7:30 am to 5 pm.
Duties may include:
- Supporting people in understanding and exercising their rights
- Improving social connections and relationships
- Providing transportation for those you are supporting
- Teaching skills to improve a person’s life
- Supporting a person with personal hygiene and medical-related needs, including medication administration
- Providing documentation at the end of each shift
Payment rate: from $16.25 per hour

Requirements:
- This work can be physically demanding in some situations, for example: support with lifting individuals to and from wheelchairs
- An essential function of the DSP role is providing transportation. We require all DSPs to have a reliable vehicle at every shift.
- Education/Experience: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Successfully complete and pass all checks (Adult Protective Services Central Registry, Child Protective Services Central Registry, State Patrol Criminal Background Check, Federal Bureau of Investigation Background Check)
- Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver’s license
