Job Description:
The job of Office Manager was established for the purpose/s of providing complex administrative and secretarial support to administration, scheduling department; monitoring assigned activities; and providing information, recommendations and/or direction as may be requested by administrators.
Essential Functions:
- Ability to oversee a team of 6 staff members assigned to the scheduling department.
- Acts on behalf of assigned administrator(s) in their absence (e.g., questions, concerns, complaints) for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required for their functions in a timely manner.
- Maintains a wide variety of manual and electronic documents files and records (e.g., client data, scheduling, employee records, etc.) for the purpose of providing up-to-date information and/or historical reference in accordance with established administrative guidelines and legal requirements.
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Knowledge of multiline phone system
- Ability to learn, operate and train others on proprietary practice management system(s)
- In-depth knowledge of software such as Office Suite, Google Drive, etc.

Pay: $22.50 - $25.50 per hour
