Safe Deposit Company provides cash management services across the United States, with a local Charlotte, NC cash-in-transit operation. We are excited to grow our CIT team to serve our Southeast client region.
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for creating an excellent customer experience through supporting our direct customers and internal team members. The Customer Service Representative ensures that all client safes nationwide are picked up promptly, and that all change orders are delivered. The Customer Service Representative promptly resolves issues that arise. The Customer Service Representative works closely with other departments and vendors to ensure an excellent customer experience and efficient operation.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide excellent customer service through email and phone communication
- Utilize operational systems and technology to proactively ensure a positive client experience
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Ensure missed pickups are routed for makeup service immediately
- Confirm on-call stops for internal routes and manage other internal routing changes
- Address missed change order deliveries and resolve change order discrepancies
- Open and track safe maintenance tickets with hardware vendors to resolve safe issues

Monitor client requests and system notifications to proactively resolve issues

Work with vendors to ensure all other customer needs are met

Bachelor's degree and two years experience, or equivalent
