Marketing/Events Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing/events strategies to support management’s short- and long-term goals.
- Develop a budget for both events and marketing and manage that plan.
- Design, build and maintain social media presence and measure results/impacts.
- Maintain web site (Square Space) content.
- Design graphics to support digital and print marketing efforts such as billboards, ads, posters/flyers, emails for tours, school groups, camping, events, and overall brand awareness.
- Track results of all campaigns SEO/SEM, RIO, KPI’s
- Evaluate performance of events and event business, to ensure they meet operational goals.
- Enhance existing and develop new events that maximize brand awareness, profitability, and excellent service.
- Propose new and creative growth strategies through new channels/targets.
- Plan, measure, and test marketing campaigns for better conversions (ticket purchase)
- Complete all campaigns on time and budget.
- Identify critical conversion points, drop off points and optimize user funnels.
Qualifications
- Highly creative professional with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate potential and existing customers.

- Very good communicator
- Proficient in data analysis
- Graphic design and MS Office 360 proficiency
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven work experience in social media marketing
- Event management experience preferred.
- Willing to learn knowledge of websites and marketing analytical tools (Google Analytics, GA-4, SEMRush, etc.)

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
