Z4 Enterprises (Z4E) is a Government Contractor with Headquarters offices located in Sierra Vista, AZ. Z4E is looking for a Full-Time Trainer with All-Geospatial (GEOINT) MOS 35G background in support of Huachuca Training and Support Contract (HTASC) on Ft. Huachuca, AZ.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The 35G All Geospatial Trainer - Intermediate -Top Secret will provide performance-oriented training using the TRAOC- program of Instruction (POIO). Responsibilities and duties may include the following:
Trainer will provide performance-oriented training using the TRADOC-approved Program of Instruction (POI). The full spectrum of training includes, but is not limited to: classroom (platform and small group) training; hands-on/practical exercise training; role playing; simulation/virtual training; and field exercise training. Training may be for resident and non-resident training courses and in support of mobile training. Trainer shall also participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing revisions of the POIs, Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages (TSPs) to remedy any deficiencies or shortcomings identified during the preparation for and conduct of instruction. Conduct of instruction shall be in support of specialized training requirements or the training of new systems. • Responsible for teaching through lecture, group discussions, and team mentorship
- Develop training curriculum, study outlines, and orientation materials
- Responsible for developing lesson plans and instructor guides.
- Responsible for completing/collecting all necessary requirements for training support package.
- Responsible for updating SOPs, manuals, and technical documents consistent with updates to the training program
- Provide guidance and instructions to all employees to ensure any event, circumstance, or act that could be considered a breach of security is reported immediately
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
- Must have 4 years of MOS operational experience as a 35G or 350G or equivalent specialty in another branch of service or other US Government agency) conducting GEOINT Intelligence operations in support of authorized intelligence activities as defined by AR 381-10 within the last ten years.
- Must have completed military leadership course (i.e. BLC, ALC, SLC, WOBC, WOAC, MIOBC, or MICCC).
- Experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to GEOINT intelligence operations.
- Instruction and course development support for FMV exploitation, Imagery Derived Products (IDP’s).
- National Imagery exploitation, Commercial or Remote sensing exploitation Joint Surveillance Target Acquisition Radar System (J-STARS)
- Moving Target Indicator (MTI) exploitation cross-cueing operations between all GEOINT sensor types, and FMV basic flight operations on Multiple User Simulation Environment (MUSE) systems.
- Must have received an Honorable discharge from military service.
DESIRED:
- Previously completed Common Faculty Development Program-Instructor Course (CFDP-IC) and Small Group Instructor Training Course (SGITC) or DOD/Service equivalent program certifications.
If instructor applicant does not possess these qualifications, the applicant be
able to pass the requisite USAICoE-provided courses on the first iteration of classes made
available by the government and maintain such certifications throughout duration of
employment.
- Instructor Certification requirements as specified in TRADOC Regulation (TR) 350-70 and AETIC 36-2202 and as supplemented in local regulatory policies.
- Current experience related to current MI doctrine, recent (draft) changes and fielding of the Army Field Manuals, Army Regulation and Department of Defense Directives (DoDD) relating to Intelligence Operations
- Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Experience with training delivery, training technology, curriculum development, and/or
training support
- Experience in developing and delivering intelligence training in a formal instructor-led
training role
- Have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Must possess strong working knowledge of basic office automation tools suites such as
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
EDUCATION:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Technical discipline education or curriculum development from a regionally accredited institution OR two years additional experience may be substituted, provided experience directly related to the position description.
SECURITY CLEARANCE Required:
Candidate will currently possess a Top Secret/SCI Security or Interim TS Clearance
