Night Auditor
Job Overview:
Join our team as a Night Auditor where you will be a key player in ensuring exceptional guest experiences during the night shift. As a crucial member of our hotel staff, you will oversee the nightly operations, handle guest inquiries, and ensure accurate financial transactions.
Duties:
- Conduct night audit procedures to verify and balance entries, including room charges and taxes
- Welcome guests upon arrival during late hours and provide efficient check-in/check-out services
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and walk-ins effectively
- Ensure the security of the premises by monitoring surveillance cameras and performing regular property walks
- Prepare daily reports, including revenue summaries and occupancy rates
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and maintain a seamless operation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or night audit roles is preferred
- Proficiency in using hotel management software for accounting and reservations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field is a plus
