What You’ll Do:

- Provide accurate and compelling product information to answer all customer inquiries.
Sales Process:
- Guide customers seamlessly through the entire sales process, from exciting test drives to trade-in evaluations and financing options.
- Collaborate with your sales team to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales transactions with integrity and transparency.
- Stay informed on the latest product knowledge, financing options, and dealership promotions to better serve your customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Use CRM tools to manage leads and interactions, staying organized and proactive in your follow-ups.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with our sales, finance, and service teams to deliver a seamless, top-notch customer experience.
