- Curriculum Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Code Ninjas’ curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and updating as necessary.
- Business Development: Support business growth initiatives through marketing, community outreach, and participation in local events to attract new students and maintain enrollment.
- Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and maintaining center operations.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, educational standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Typically requires a degree in education, business management, or a related field. Experience in computer science or coding education is often preferred.
