Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Professional to join our team. As an Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our Customer Service Team. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team to drive sales and build a strong customer loyalty base.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service associates, providing guidance and support to ensure quality service is being.
- Oversee all aspects of the front end operations, including cash handling, problem solving and communication with customers and team members.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks with superior organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Strong situational awareness and observation skills
Experience:
- Proven experience in driving sales, credit and customer satisfaction
- Strong knowledge of sales audit and money handling functions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
