The Scheduling Coordinator works within the Production Department to organize, post, and manage the construction schedule. This role involves working in tandem with the Field Supervisor team and the Lead Project Manager to support the organization's mission of delivering Quality through Commitment to our large client base. Quality comes from the production team, while the entire organization is commited to outstanding customer service.

- Verify material selections are accurately ordered and material orders are sent to the correct supplier
- Outline and plan the production schedule 1 week at a time; including material deliveries and multi-phase construction processes.
- Update PM work orders, duplicate them appropriately for assigned subcontractors, then distribute them to the appropriate subs. Confirm schedules are good to go.
