- Provide direct behavioral services and supervision to clients in individual and group sessions.
- Oversee ABA programs and provide parent training and support.
- Complete program writing and maintain client’s program
- Running progress meetings with parents/guardians
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments and design treatment programs for clients
- Work with and oversee Registered Behavior Technicians to implement individualized treatment plans as per agency standards and BACB requirements.
- Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise.
- Experience working with children, teens, and young adults with autism

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
