As a Administrative Assistant you will have the following responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the St. Martin office
- Provide administrative support services.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Answers multi-line phone system
- Other activities as assigned related to administrative services.

Rate of Pay is dependent on experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with data entry and office management systems
- Knowledge of calendar management and scheduling
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
