Maruyama U.S., Inc., a global leader in the manufacture of premium outdoor power equipment. We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Account Manager to join our vibrant and energetic team. This is a full-time position based out of our Grand Prairie office. The qualified individual will need to quickly learn and retain product knowledge and possess exceptional customer service skills.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Sales Representative. This position involves working in the office and visiting potential dealers. Actively engaging in sales activities. If you are enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and eager to kick-start your career in sales, this is an excellent opportunity for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealer Visits: Regularly visit dealerships within the assigned territory to promote our products and establish strong business relationships.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to dealers.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall growth of the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with dealers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and pipeline progress to the sales manager.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and work outside the office.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Excellent people skills.
Spanish is a plus.
