We are seeking an experienced and motivated High Ticket Sales Closer to join our team as a freelance commission only based contractor. As a High Ticket Sales Closer, you will work remotely and be responsible for driving revenue growth by securing high-value contracts with healthcare organizations that are in need of consulting services. Your primary focus will be on sourcing clients and closing deals with healthcare decision makers, demonstrating the value of our consulting services, and establishing long-term client relationships. This is a challenging and rewarding freelance role that requires exceptional sales skills, healthcare industry knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Utilize different outreach methodologies and a consultative sales approach to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our consulting services. Close high-value contracts to achieve revenue targets.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare decision makers, including C-suite executives and senior management. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to position our consulting services as a solution. Leverage your network as applicable to close high value, high ticket sales opportunities.
Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs assessments and diagnostic conversations with potential clients to understand their business objectives and pain points. Tailor our consulting services to meet their specific needs and provide comprehensive solutions. Articulate the ROI and value proposition of the services effectively.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with our firm to develop customized proposals and presentations that address the client's specific requirements. Clearly articulate the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing structures on behalf of our firm. Ensure proposals are compelling, persuasive, and aligned with the client's goals.
Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with senior consultants, addressing any objections or concerns raised by the client on behalf of our clients. Employ effective negotiation techniques to secure favorable terms and close deals. Support our firm in managing the contract signing process and ensuring a smooth transition to the project implementation phase.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record of success in healthcare focused high-ticket sales, preferably within the healthcare management consulting industry. Demonstrated ability to close complex deals with healthcare decision makers.
Healthcare Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry, including key players/decision makers,knowledge of current healthcare trends, challenges, and regulatory environment. Ability to grasp complex healthcare concepts and translate them into business solutions.
Sales Skills: Exceptional sales communication skills with a consultative and solution-oriented approach to potential clients and internal stakeholders. Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and close high-value contracts. Experience with value-based selling and ROI-driven business discussions.
Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively articulate complex solutions, deliver persuasive presentations, and create compelling proposals.
Results-Driven: Highly motivated and target-oriented individual with a proven ability to exceed in closing contracts. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to break through gatekeepers and navigate industry challenges.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Masters preferred.
