Sales Development Representative (Remote) - Technology & Software Solutions
The Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be an integral part of our sales team. This role is perfect for someone who is a natural at cold calling and enjoys the challenge of turning leads into opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, playing a key role in our sales process by setting appointments with leads for our MSPs and other technology and software companies offering B2B solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our solutions and services.
- Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our customers' sales team to further discuss their needs and how their solutions can meet them.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and call outcomes.
- Collaborate with the operations team to refine outreach strategies and techniques.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
- A self-starter attitude with the discipline to work effectively in a remote setting.
- Previous experience in cold calling outbound sales is required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
