Good Nite Inn is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guest check-in
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
