Job Summary:
A successful person in this position will be able to navigate courthouse legal documents, scan, upload record books and documents accurately, completely and timely.
This person would be responsible for being self managing, reporting daily progress and efficient in document scanning.
It is THAT easy, but you have to have past experience.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital documents
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain databases
- Collect data from various sources and compile reports
- Utilize computerized systems for document management
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation
- Assist in clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Use Excel for basic data analysis and reporting
- Type and format documents as needed
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computerized systems for document management
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in data collection, entry, and analysis
- Must have a smart phone or ability to obtain a device that can scan documents
- Ability to organize and maintain physical and digital files effectively
- Knowledge of databases for efficient data retrieval
- Typing proficiency with accuracy
