Summary:
We are actively seeking a skilled “A” Maintenance Technician to perform highly diversified duties; install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. In accordance with safety regulations. Perform predictive and preventive procedures to support the achievement of the sit’s business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities and knowledge base:
· Process electrical control knowledge
· Process industrial machinery knowledge
· Ability to test electrical and mechanical equipment and components
· Diagnose root cause of electrical and mechanical failures
· Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems
· Install, repair, and maintain automated machinery and mechanical equipment
· Install, repair, and maintain plant facilities equipment
· General machinist Abilities
· Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service
· Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
· Use a variety of hand and power tools, electrical meters, and material-handling equipment
· Fast and retentive leaner
· Perform all other duties as assigned or needed
Qualifications and Skills
Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
An associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus
5+ years of manufacturing experience, strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds consistently with heavier weight necessary at times.
Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.

Pay: $25.88 - $31.16 per hour
