Basic Purpose:
Lead culinary operations in a high-end dining establishment in New York City. Ensure exceptional quality and innovation in culinary offerings, maximizing guest satisfaction and financial success.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute creative menus, emphasizing high-quality ingredients and presentation.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain culinary excellence and adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage food costs and inventory, ensuring profitability while minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with F&B management to develop promotional strategies and enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain a strong presence in the kitchen, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth service.
