Description:
As part of the Patton Logistics family of companies, The Project Administrator will play a crucial role on the Patton Creative Group team to ensure the smooth execution of various marketing and administrative projects for our clients. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Requirements:
- Maintain detailed project plans, schedules and timelines to ensure the team is meeting deliverables

Accurately manage all client agreement documents, invoices and receipts

Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding project status and updates

Foster strong working relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction

Anticipate upcoming needs and proactively mitigate any issues

Maintain client information through data tracking and CRM usage

Provide miscellaneous administrative support to the team as needed
Knowledge / Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or 2+ yrs experience in a marketing agency environment

Experience with Salesforce CRM, Basecamp, and Google Suite

Ability to effectively time manage and balance multiple projects simultaneously

Additional Information
