Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office environment.
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Perform data entry, maintain files, and organize documents
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Coordinate office maintenance activities
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord
Experience:
- Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Previous experience in medical office management is advantageous
- Familiarity with budgeting principles
