Client Assessment: Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Sales: Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales to achieve targets.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
Networking: Build relationships within the community to expand the agency's client base.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License is desired with willing to obtain non residents license.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Prior remote experience required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Client-Focused: A genuine commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
Adaptability: Proven ability to work productively in a remote work environment while maintaining connectivity.
