RECEPTIONIST/ACCOUNTING CLERK
We are looking for a Receptionist that has Clerical experience to join our team and support the day-to-day operations. Job functions are (but not limited to):
- Answer Multi-line phones, direct calls, take accurate messages.
- Use office machines, copier, printer, fax, scan, 10-key.
- Type accurately, enter notes, update information, enter bills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- File paperwork.
Perform other tasks as directed by management, communicate information with others, and manage time well.
Basic job requirements:
- High school diploma or GED Certificate
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Good knowledge of the English language, spelling, and mathematics
Some Benefits offered after 90 days. Willingness to learn new procedures, follow SOP's and follow instructions.
Pay $17.50 to $19.50 hourly to start
May include occasional Saturday hours 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Flexible schedule determined 30 days in advance.
